Return Policy: You have the right to cancel your order for physical products for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, but it must be unopened with any seals and/or shrink-wrap intact.

Please contact me as soon as possible to notify me about the return. You must return the unused product with the original documentation, as sent with each parcel. Delivery costs of returning the product will be payable by you, unless due to error on my part.

I can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If an item has been damaged in transit, report the situation to me as soon as possible, and delivery of a replacement item will be arranged.
